With a total of 6 single beds, and 2 bunk beds.
second floor
The second floor has 6 bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people.
With a total of 2 single beds, 3 double beds, and 2 queen beds.
full house
The house has 10 bedrooms and can sleep up to 22 people.
With a total of 17 bed (2 bunks, 8 singles, 3 doubles & 2 queens).

When you reserve both floors your booking is private, and you will have exclusive access to the property & building. As well as all 10 bedrooms, and both shared washrooms.
When you reserve ONE floor (1st or 2nd floor) your booking is semi-private, and you may share the common spaces. Each floor has a dedicated shared washroom with 2 showers, 3 toilets, and 4 sinks with mirrors.

EXCLUSIVE-USE
All event bookings must reserve both floors for a private booking.
family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats, any celebrations; parties, birthdays, etc.
